The GSMA represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, uniting nearly 800 operators with more than 250 companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including handset and device makers, software companies, equipment providers and Internet companies, as well as organisations in adjacent industry sectors.
The GSMA came to us with an epic task – to design a printed report on the Global Mobile Economy and to make it look like non-other before. It was to rival any other book sitting alongside it on a coffee table. No mean feat for a report containing a lot of graphs and stats. What we delivered was a big hit and was to shape the new look and feel of the GSMA’s digital and print assets.
Taking the report and extending the new design concepts to their website was the next objective. We needed to do something smart so we created a masonry tile-based, responsive homepage and a set of responsive web guideline templates that would support the business objectives of the various programmes within the GSMA. Providing them with a platform to bring their key content to the fore and to showcase their numerous initiatives spanning all corners of the mobile industry.
