Industrial Physics

Web presence for global conglomerate

Industrial Physics is the global leader in industrial testing and inspection products. Operating across a family of brands, the company has been supporting manufacturers, laboratories, and production lines across a multitude of industries for almost 100 years.

Creating the brand new Industrial Physics site involved the migration of products and content from more than 20 websites across 12 brands into a new, unified, multilanguage platform. The new site is currently available in English, German and Spanish with Chinese translation (which requires significant planning and review) planned before the end of the year.

The website’s architecture emphasizes the delivery of SEO-friendly content (to drive organic search ranking for technical search terms across testing and inspection industries, applications, and materials), while allowing users to search for, and quickly find, products matching their specific needs.

The end result is a highly accessible and extensible online platform that firmly positions Industrial Physics as the digital and customer experience leader within their industry.

Goal 13 Impact Report & Website

Tenacity Works and Agent Jones joined forces with longtime client, Deloitte to put together a report showcasing research undertaken by the Goal 13 Impact Platform. The platform is a partnership between the Confederation of British Industry, Deloitte, Chapter Zero, The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project, Dell Technologies, Boomi, and the Met Office.

The Goal 13 Impact Platform partnership has built a free and open repository of corporate climate actions from businesses who want to tell their climate story in the run-up to COP26. The objectives of the initiative are to stimulate learning and collaboration through the use of the platform and events and reports. The report we created summarises the interviews that have been carried out and illustrate these with attributed references. It represents the narrative of the businesses interviewed rather than the authors’ and aims to complement the individual business level insight the platform provides.

We designed a highly impactful 216-page report showcasing climate action by businesses of all sizes, sectors. Developed during the pandemic, the report indicates a business’s ability to resource and invest in net zero initiatives against the backdrop of disruptive forces. The findings represent a diverse set of respondents, covering 19 countries and over two dozen sectors.

Additionally, Tenacity Works created a web-based platform to provide an accessible, mobile-friendly method of navigating the report findings. The site allows users to move easily through the report sections and country profiles. It also offers users the ability to download the full report, executive summary or country profiles separately.

Klein Constantia

Klein Constantia

Online store for venerable wine estate

Dating back to 1685, Klein Constantia is set amidst ancient trees on the upper foothills of the Constantiaberg, with views across False Bay. The perfect location for cool climate wines, Klein Constantia produces some of South Africa’s top wines, including one of the world’s best natural sweet wines, Vin de Constance.

Tenacity Works has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with the team at Klein Constantia having taken care of their web and digital marketing needs for several years. Getting the green light for an all-new website meant we were able to fuse our experience of the brand with the very latest web technologies to create a beautiful new online home for this exceptional estate.

The Commerce7 platform was selected to facilitate the eCommerce aspects of the new Klein Constantia site. With Commerce7 we were able to integrate comprehensive data management including wine collections and inventory management, wine club subscriptions, reservations management for wine tastings and full customer insights via CRM.

Asset Match

Brand and web for cutting-edge fintech firm

UK-based fintech startup Asset Match has created a suite of private capital market products based around a strong belief in the role of financial markets in the provision of liquidity and pricing for securities. They are creating solutions and markets to unlock the huge value within this overlooked asset class.

Working closely with the client’s internal product and marketing teams, we rolled out a full rebrand and website redesign for this exciting new platform.

The brand had to be designed for digital-first applications, meaning the brand needed to be fully responsive. This meant creating versions of the logo that could work in any digital situation whilst retaining clarity and elegance.

The website was designed to introduce the platform and showcase its features for three primary customer types; investors, shareholders and companies seeking to provide shareholders and employees with flexibility and liquidity.

MWC

Show brand and web sites for global tech shows

Mobile World Congress (MWC) is held annually in Barcelona, Shanghai and Los Angeles. Collectively, the MWC events attract nearly 210,000 attendees from companies across the broad mobile ecosystem and adjacent industry sectors.

Between 2015 and 2019, Tenacity Works worked with the GSMA to provide show branding, website design and development, signage, multimedia, and attendee collaboration platforms for this outstanding global event series.

Brand rollouts included city-wide street signage, soaring skyscraper projections, full venue branding and digital content for the website, app and networking platforms. We even created MWC pitchside hoarding video for FC Barcelona’s 99,000-capacity Camp Nou stadium.

Delivering web projects at the scale demanded by the MWC series meant solving a raft of challenges across user experience, design, development, and third-party service integration, as well as multi-language and cultural considerations. First and foremost, the sites needed to be incredibly functional and easy to use. Given the audience, it was also hugely important that we delivered a truly world-class mobile experience. Our solution included groundbreaking Agenda, Sponsorship and Attendee Networking capabilities based on deep user testing and design iteration.

Standing out in a crowded industry

Indeed is the world’s largest job site, with over 250 million unique visitors every month. Recruiters around the world post millions of positions on the site every day. Indeed strives to put job seekers first, giving them free access to search for jobs, post resumes, and research companies. Every day, they connect millions of people to new opportunities.

Recruitment is a very crowded, competitive space. Offering additional services and assistance to employers to help fill key positions is crucial. Employers need to be seen in the best light and spend less time hiring.

We worked with the Indeed team to market directly to employers through various web activities.

Tenacity Works created a set of campaign sites to extend the reach of various above the line radio campaigns. Our content strategy included a resource hub, Think Indeed, built to house content such as e-books, webinars, events and blogs – all helping employers to attract the right candidates. Tenacity Works also developed an online home for Indeed’s new podcast series, Some You Win. The pod is presented by award-winning host Emma Gannon with guests such as Editor-in-Chief of Elle UK Farrah Storr; BBC broadcaster Rachel Burden; rapper, author and activist Akala and former SAS soldier turned TV star, Jason Fox.
